Founder & CEO
Our internal driving force is to be the company that is easy to work with—we focus on solution-based communication, being your one place to turn for all things technology and electrical, and making the overall process of implementing quality systems easy for our homeowners, builders, designers, or anyone we partner with.
Hi- My name is Justin Worley, and I am the founder and owner of Oasis Luxury Smart Homes. I started in the home technology industry when I was 18 years old, running wires and installing Bose speaker systems. I now have over 25 years of experience in luxury home technology and electrical systems.
I started our Scottsdale location in May of 2011, originally called Desert Valley Audio Video. When first opening DVAV, I rented a small corner of a showroom from a friend who owned a Hunter Douglas Gallery, and over the next ten years we built that small corner into our own state-of-the-art showroom. We now own our building and take investing in our showroom (and team) very seriously.
In 2019, we purchased a company called Audio Concepts out of Long Beach, California. This company had a reputation for being a long-standing quality Hi-Fi shop (originally opened in the 1980s). I spent the next few years transforming Audio Concepts into the same luxury home technology and electrical provider our Scottsdale location had become.
I eventually renamed both companies Oasis Luxury Smart Homes, as we wanted cohesiveness between our teams and a name that encompasses all that we actually do in home technology and electrical (not just audio video).
From 2011 to the current day, we have transformed from a one-person shop to over 40 employees providing luxury home technology and lighting design, white-glove professional installation, and 24/7 after-hours service after installation.

Our Showroom
Oasis features a state-of-the-art, design-centric showroom in both Scottsdale, Arizona, and Orange County, California. Our showrooms are designed with the intent of educating our clients on the latest trends and options available for their custom home, for both home technology and electrical needs.
Oasis is an agnostic technology provider, meaning we are not focused on only one system. We are certified experts in all major home technology and electrical systems. Some of the major manufacturers we partner with and are certified professional installers for include Lutron & Ketra, Control4, Crestron, Josh.ai, DMF, Light & Green, McIntosh, Trinnov, Anthem/Paradigm, Theory Audio, GoldenEar, Triad, and Ubiquiti.
We focus our displays on guiding the process of making complex decisions for your home easy—whether that means hearing the difference between a Sonos soundbar and a more custom-fitting option, or being able to physically touch and feel the differences between Lutron Palladiom, Crestron Horizon, or Control4 Lux keypads.

Our Team
Our team is around 45 employees between our Arizona and California locations, most of whom have recently hit the ten-year mark with Oasis Smart Homes. This team consists of five system designers/engineers, 20 home technology installers, ten experienced electricians, and a rock-star supporting admin staff.
Our team is focused on solution-based communication internally and when working on projects. We prioritize professional growth—whether that means taking the latest manufacturer trainings or certifications, organization and leadership courses, or joining groups like ProSource that bring industry experts together to better serve our clients.
The two most important aspects of our team are that we are a family and that we all care. We take our reputation seriously, we listen to our clients, and we work hard to ensure expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
