You can reach Oasis' Service Coordinator at 480-907-7095 or Service@oasissmarthomes.com When it comes to electronic devices, it is likely that at some point you will eventually have a need for some type of service – we would like to make sure you know exactly how we handle this and that we are here for you!

What's Covered?

1. All product purchased from Oasis falls under manufacture warranty (This can vary from one to three years with most manufacturers, although some of are even lifetime product warranties) *

2. One year labor warranty for replacement of any defective products purchased from Oasis

3. One year workmanship warranty on any installation work completed by Oasis –

*Industry standard is typically 90 days but we provide one full year on above*

4. 60 Day firmware and software upgrades on products provided by Oasis

5. 60 Day Control system functionality, (missing buttons in programming)

What Is Not Covered

1. Replacement or troubleshooting of defective equipment provided by the client

2. Service or troubleshooting required due to outside vendors (eg cable provider, ISP) **

3. Manufactures firmware updates – (eg Apple, DirecTV)


*All warranties void if work or product is serviced by anyone outside of Oasis.

*Many times, manufactures such Apple, Cox or DirecTV will force an update to their components that cause them to either need a reboot or troubleshooting. Unfortunately, this is out of Oasis’s control and is not covered under warranty if a service call is needed.
