Audio Concepts (now Oasis) installed a new smart home automation system at our home in Newport Coast. The technicians answered all our questions and were super helpful. I recommend them to everyone.

Audio Concepts is the best! I tried several digital vendors in the past and now I have my “go to” guys. They were knowledgeable, on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Strongly recommend you give them a call for your smart home, theater, security or other technology needs.

It makes me sad that there are so few of these shops left. Scott & Steve are both terrific guys that patiently answered all my questions. While they both know much much more than I do on the topic of home audio, not once did I feel like that. It was like 3 old friends discussing their hobby. I ended up getting a fantastic deal on a current Mcintosh piece.

Technicians are super friendly and thorough. Really enjoy the follow up that I receive since installing my Control4 system in 2016.

Justin has done it all for me. My office, my homes and has even helped out our other business. I found him in Stone Creek Furniture doing a Media Wall and the relationship has blossomed into a great friend who knows AV! Great guy and his wife and staff are amazing. Definitely could rate them more than 5 stars if it were allowed.

I had to get the COX minibox installed to my bedroom TV. Jeff from Desert Valley AV came out yesterday and performed all the work and did an excellent job. The new box required a software update and some trouble shooting that he did a superb job with getting everything to work. In addition he helped with some questions on Control 4.
